It’s time for new beginnings.
I’ve been blogging on DeborahYanni for a quite a few years now. This blog started as something fun to document my love of beauty products because my friends and family would always ask me for advice on the latest products for their concerns or just what’s new on the market. Now, don’t get me wrong, I still love a good Sephora haul. But in all honesty, my focus on the things that I talk about on this blog has changed slightly. Hence, my lack of posting this past year. I think it’s time for a change. (For my blog OG’s this may sound familiar.)
DeborahYanni isn’t dead. As a matter of fact, it isn’t going anywhere. I’ll just be making changes here and there as well as changing up my content. Simplifying things if you will. I want to mold the topics that I discuss on this blog to more fit what I’m interested in now. As I mentioned before, I still love a good Sephora haul but guess what? I haven’t gone to Sephora in months! I know. I’m ashamed too. But it’s all for good reason, I promise. (#adulting) I have, however, been obsessed with minimalism, natural beauty products and mental wellness, just to name a few things.
In addition to that, I’ve been working (also read: brainstorming) on something really exciting. I’ve recently gotten the push that I need to step out of my comfort zone and produce something big to pour my creativity into and I’m extremely excited and nervous at the same time. I’m trying not to let my perfectionist mindset halt my productivity and it’s an everyday work in progress. Pray for me y’all! #blessed
That’s enough tea for now.
